Return & Exchange Policy

All items must be in original condition, with tags, and are subject to inspection before a return or exchange is processed. Rec League reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if an item does not pass inspection.

Return & Exchange Window

Customers have 30 days from the day the order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.

How to Begin a Return or Exchange (U.S. Orders Only)

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal. If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, contact us at support@recleague.co.

To initiate an exchange, simply return the item through our returns portal and place a new order for the new item. Alternatively, please contact support@recleague.co.

Order Issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@recleague.co so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping when exchanging an item. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition and will be inspected before the exchange is processed.
Note: Items on sale for 40% off or more are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Refunds

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for refunds to the original payment method. Once the returned item is received and inspected (typically within 1–3 business days), approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, exchanges, and refunds, as well as any applicable customs, tax, or duty fees.
