To initiate a return, please visit the Shopify returns portal and initiate a return by entering your order information. To initiate an exchange, simply return the item through our returns portal and place a new order for the new item. Alternatively, please contact support@recleague.co.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@recleague.co so we can make it right.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping when exchanging an item. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition and will be inspected before the exchange is processed. Note: Items on sale for 40% off or more are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Once the returned item is received and inspected (typically within 1–3 business days), approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
